Plonom provides AI voice and message agents that businesses configure and run from a panel.

Business responsibility

Each business is responsible for the instructions and knowledge it gives its agents, for informing its customers and for the phone numbers and WhatsApp accounts it connects.

Acceptable use

Agents may not be used for unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited mass calling or messaging.

Availability

We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error free.
