What we collect
Details you send through the demo form (name, company, email, phone, message), and the conversations that agents hold on behalf of a business: call recordings, transcripts, chat messages and the contact details shared in them.
Why
To provide the service: answering calls and messages, saving contacts for the business, analytics and follow-up. We do not sell personal data.
Where it is stored
On the servers that run the business's Plonom workspace. Access to the panel is protected by a password; connections use HTTPS.
How long
As long as the business keeps its workspace. A business can choose to store less of each call in the agent's Data setting.

To see, correct or delete your data, contact the business you spoke with, or reach us through the contact form on this site.
